Da TechGuy in DaSpin Room

Once the debate was over the can­di­dates and/​or their prox­ies went to the “spin” area to make their cases. Since that’s where I parked my self after I updated my blog and twit­ter feed I jumped in:

Gen­eral spin room just after debate:

Herman’s Cain’s spin­ner he had the line of the night: “Cain drove the debate.”

Romney’s spin­ner was pleased as well he should be:

Bachmann’s rep seemed a tad unsure of him­self although her per­for­mance was her best since the last NH one

Rick Perry’s man should have played the Karen Tumulty card, I set him up to do so, but he didn’t

At this point I did a quick pan of the room

But shortly after in came Her­man Cain and the Mob rush was on, if you judge by media inter­est there is no ques­tion that Cain won the debate:

The fedora really came in handy here, Mr. Cain rec­og­nized me and answered my ques­tion con­cern­ing dri­ving the debate, it was at that point that I ran to the lap­top to start upload­ing video. (BTW note to MSM can­di­dates are more likely to give you time if you gave them time when they were down in the polls)

As the files were import­ing and upload­ing I saw Howard Fine­mann talk­ing to Deb­bie Wasser­man Schultz, he seemed very peeved that I was record­ing and asked who I was record­ing for. It’s good to have a radio show on WCRN.

Ms. Wasser­man Schultz was a bit sur­prised by my Cuba ques­tion, but it was a favor to both of us. It was a friendly ques­tion but it took her off mes­sage, AND rein­forced a the dif­fer­ence between her and her caucus.

She is dead wrong on a lot but peo­ple on the right side of Cuba and tyranny should be encour­aged and com­ple­mented for it.

Next came Gingrich’s man, I don’t know if I was off a bit or he was but it didn’t seem to flow

And then Rick San­to­rum in per­son, he agreed with my point that it was a bad night for Obama

Too bad so few peo­ple saw it on Bloomberg, I fin­ished with Ron Paul’s guy

There is no ques­tion that Rom­ney will win NH but don’t be sur­prised if Paul comes in sec­ond, a lot of peo­ple in this state like him.

I got a shot of Jon Hunts­man

but didn’t get close enough for a ques­tion. That’s my bad, but he was the least impor­tant per­son there since the only vot­ers that might have changed to Mitt from the Christie endorse­ment were his.
