Apparently to the left wars on conservative women are allowed (content warning)

As peo­ple who know me are aware I’m gen­er­ally not a pro­fane per­son, but when I see some­thing like this:

being left on the site of a friend of mine who is a lady in every sense of the word, cou­pled with stuff like this:

Some of the com­ments this troll (or these trolls) leave include email addresses of other con­ser­v­a­tive blog­gers. They fill up my email spam. They sign peti­tions in my name. They email spam to oth­ers in my name. They send me emails that appear to be from my friends. They go to other web­sites and leave com­ments in my name – with my email address and links back to this blog – that are vile and wretched. Thank­fully I have some friends who are kind enough to let me know when they see this hap­pen­ing. As much as I would like to leave com­ments on all of the blogs I visit, I rarely have time. If I did there would be noth­ing on this blog. I sus­pect that’s the rea­son they’re doing what they do – to dis­tract me. To shut me up. They’ve even bro­ken fed­eral law by call­ing my home using phony caller ID ser­vices. The police offi­cer I filed a report with was very kind and under­stand­ing. My phone com­pany assured me that once the report is ready they will be happy to pro­vide me with the tele­phone num­bers where those calls really originated.

it tends to get me quite perturbed.

Karen’s crime you see is to be not only a highly effec­tive con­ser­v­a­tive blog­ger but the con­ser­v­a­tive who came in first in the Mom blogs best polit­i­cal mom con­test.

Now of course to the pro­fes­sional left that has shielded the occupods as they com­mit­ted actual vio­lence this kind of thing is small pota­toes, but this is, in my opin­ion another exam­ple of the cul­tural divide that has divided left and right.

Deal­ing with these types is the price for suc­cess for con­ser­v­a­tive women, but don’t expect those who have spent months going after Rush for com­ments a month ago that he apol­o­gized for to say a word about this, after all, the sim­ple act of being con­ser­v­a­tive alone to them jus­ti­fies any such action, let alone beat­ing out lib­er­als in a moth­er­hood contest.

I’d like to say I’m sur­prised to be see­ing this, but I’m rapidly reach­ing the point where my expec­ta­tions of folks on the left who i haven’t had the plea­sure of meet­ing or engag­ing in per­son are reach­ing Bre­it­bart proportions.

Any­way Karen don’t worry, none of us who know and love you are going to give any cre­dence to any such non­sense posted by these folks.

Hmmmm attempts to com­pro­mise con­ser­v­a­tive blogs via twit­ter bots, home harass­ment of effec­tive con­ser­v­a­tive polit­i­cal blog­gers, I can’t imag­ine who might be inter­ested in neu­tral­iz­ing us
