ReadabilityAnd the info keeps coming out for Kimberlin & Co
What did I say yesterday about “Bringing on the heat”. Stacy via the Trenches talks about some new e-mails from Neal Rauhauser
Liars hate nothing worse than to be exposed as liars — exposure makes it hard for them to get away with their lies — and three weeks of public attention to lying felon Brett Kimberlin and his associates have put them under extraordinary psychological pressure.
He links to Dan Collins who has the same advice to these guys that I’ve been giving:
I hope neither of them, much less both of them, cuts a deal with investigators, but if I were advising them legally (which I am not equipped to do) I would probably say, “Run, do not walk, to the responsible authority as soon as you know who it is.”
and more importantly he says what I’ve been thinking but few are willing to say aloud.
Congressional pressure on the DoJ to make the FBI investigate Kimberlin’s activities makes it likely that at least one of Brynaert and Rauhauser will be given a chance to co-operate in exchange for leniency. If the DoJ drags its feet, that makes it appear as though there are protected political interests high up who are complicit in Kimberlin’s activities, or who have at least more or less explicitly condoned them emphasis mine , and the DoJ has its hands full with Issa moving ahead with a contempt vote in 8 days over Fast and Furious.
That’s the $64,000 question, or perhaps the $1.8 million dollar question? If there are higher ups in the party involved then it is in their interest for no deal to be made period and especially not before the election.
And lets take this a step further. If there is a higher up connection it is likely only with one of the Kimberlin & Co crowd. That being the case such a person would be have a vested interest in keeping the others quiet no matter what the legal risks.
Rauhauser’s previous attempts to scrub this kind of stuff from the net have not met with success and the deeper connections are constantly being exposed. The moment any of these e-mails give a connection to someone higher up in the actual Democrat party things the fur will fly.
I’d like to address our swatter one more time. Assuming you are not Kimberlin and/or a person with direct contact with someone with the Democrat party you have to come out NOW before the others with more to lose come up with “some sort of agreement” that hangs you out to dry.
I might be wrong about my hunch but if I’m not and there are people with something big to lose involved in this case the moment they find themselves in any legal danger the first thing they will decide they can safely lose is YOU.
Think about it, but remember the clock is ticking.
