All of this goes to illus­trate the total­i­tar­ian spirit of gay-​rights rad­i­cal­ism, which aims toward the extir­pa­tion of dissent.

I sensed a great dis­tur­bance in the force this morn­ing and the sight of Amanda Mar­cotte on the same side of an issue as Robert Stacy McCain cer­tainly qual­i­fies. I mean Marcotte’s posi­tion is so damn…Amer­i­can!

Both Stacy McCain and Amanda Mar­cotte under­stand a basic truth: Don’t give gov­ern­ment a power over you that you won’t trust your ene­mies with.

A hint to the HRC. If your posi­tion is so far left that when you look across the line you’ve crossed Amanda Freak­ing Mar­cotte is stand­ing with Robert Stacy McCain on the other side, you’ve jumped the shark.
