The American People Get the Government They Deserve

A large crowd of peo­ple fol­lowed Jesus, includ­ing many women who mourned and lamented him. Jesus turned to them and said:

There have been more than a few peo­ple who I’ve talked to how have teased me a bit at the out­come of the elec­tion. That’s fine. It turned out I was as wrong as I could be and mis­judged the Amer­i­can Peo­ple or at least how they were spread out since the pop­u­lar vote in this elec­tion was razor-​thin. so if folks want to hit me on it that’s fine, the con­se­quence of that wrong pre­dic­tion will be some embar­rass­ment, I can han­dle that.

Unfor­tu­nately for the Amer­i­can peo­ple, while I made a mis­take in terms of pre­dic­tions and in read­ing the poll results they made a mis­take in terms of decisions.

They lived through the last for years of the Obama admin­is­tra­tion and still re-​elected him.

They lived though the job­less recov­ery under the Obama admin­is­tra­tion and still elected him

They saw a suc­cess­ful attack on Beng­hazi on ⁹⁄₁₁ no less with him as commander-​in-​chief and still elected him.

They’ve seen busi­ness’ close, and choose not to hire, and the whole ten years and STILL re-​elected him.

Granted the GOP decided to nom­i­nate the weak­est can­di­date in the field, a can­di­date unwill­ing to defend con­ser­vatism ideas boldly nor will­ing to attack. But even the peo­ple knew what they had, knew it wasn’t work­ing and stuck with it.

The Democ­rats ran a cam­paign based on lady­parts and the Amer­i­can Peo­ple decided to buy it, par­tic­u­larly Amer­i­can women, and like many women who choose to stay in a rela­tion­ship that they KNOW is harm­ful the result is going to be just as catastrophic.

Appar­ently it’s going to have to get a lost worse before it gets bet­ter, and the peo­ple decided on the can­di­date who will cer­tainly make it worse.

We con­ser­v­a­tives will have to dou­ble our efforts to teach but the results of the next four years under Barack Obama will do that more effec­tively than any­thing else.

Expe­ri­ence keeps a dear school, yet Fools will learn in no other. Get ready Amer­ica you are about to have a four-​year course and the joys of social­ism with a pres­i­dent who no longer has an incen­tive to pre­tend he is any­thing but the rad­i­cal he has always been.

May you be Happy in the choice you have made because you’re not going to get another one for four years.
