Dear White House Press Office
Given this ruling:
Federal judge Timothy J. Kelly sided with CNN on Friday, ordering the White House to reinstate chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta’s press pass.
The ruling was an initial victory for CNN in its lawsuit against President Trump and several top aides. The lawsuit alleges that CNN and Acosta’s First and Fifth Amendment rights are being violated by the suspension of Acosta’s press pass.
I hereby officially demand press access to the White House and to Press Briefings for Datechguyblog.com and/or writers designated by DaTechGuyblog.com for the purpose of covering the White House and the President.
We have ample evidence of being a news organization with ten years of political coverage and hundreds of publicly available videos to back this up including being credentialed at campaign events, political rallies, victories parties, covering candidates on the campaign trail, Presidential candidate Debates appearances and even being called on by Candidate Donald Trump at press conferences.
Moreover in addition to my own coverage at Datechguyblog we have paid writers who have their own histories of political coverage and at least one with decades of experience in the MSM covering stories national and international and a reach that has in our decade reached millions of readers in almost every country in the world.
Therefore per Judge Kelly’s order I officially and publicly request that DaTechGuyblog.com be given the access that we deserve under the 1st amendment and others.
Signed Peter Michael Dominic Ingemi aka DaTechGuy
Owner and Proprietor of DaTechGuyblog.com on behalf of myself and our writers
