Hey Limbaugh time to start Beto’s Global Warming Countdown Clock

One of the things about living a long time is you get to see all the remakes of classic shows:

Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke sounded the alarms on Monday, saying that civilization has only “ten years” left to address climate change.

I thought we all already died three years ago based on Rush’s Goremagedden countdown

Ten Years ago Al Gore gave a speech saying that we have only 10 years to save the planet from Global Warming.

At that time Rush Limbaugh started a countdown clock at 10 years.

This is January 27th, 2006. We will begin the count, ladies and gentlemen. This is just… You have to love these people — from afar, and from a purely observational point of view.

Today it ran out

Beto obviously hasn’t gotten the memo that you don’t set a time limit near enough for voters to notice, particularly if you are young enough that you might be considered a viable pol when it runs out.

So I guess it’s time for Rush Limbaugh to break out the old clock with a new graphic and begin the countdown. The media took no notice when the last clock ran out, let’s see if they take notice when the new one does.
