Be very afraid of the Biden Administration’s coming crackdown on the domestic extremism

The Democrats who are now in control of the Federal Government are exploiting the Capitol Hill riot to a level even I had not expected, using this one incident of violence as an excuse to begin a clamp down on those of us they consider to be the enemy. Can you guess who they are?  This is even more despicable because there is a chance this sorry affair was perpetrated by leftists.

This is right out of the standard progressive playbook and is captured in this prophetic quote by Rahm Emanuel:

You never want a serious crisis go to waste. What I mean by that is it’s an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.

In response to the riot the Biden administration is proposing a rather extreme crackdown on those of us on the political right.  Of course they are cloaking their proposal in the usual progressive double speak.  Those of us who are fluent in their deceptive use of language would have no trouble deciphering the ominous message inside their proposal, which is documented in this White House Briefing Transcript.  I’ve included the full text relating to the proposal.  After each paragraph I will add my analysis and some sarcastic comments.

I also have some news to share on the President’s response to domestic violent extremism.  The January 6th assault on the Capitol and the tragic deaths and destruction that occurred underscored what we have long known: The rise of domestic violent extremism is a serious and growing national security threat.

Of course those of us who deal with reality, unlike those on the political left know the “violent extremists” they will crack down are those who believe in individual rights, honor the Constitution, and know the truth that presidential election was stolen from President Trump.   The Democrats will ignore those who committed the vast majority of the real violence the past decade or so, their own side of the political spectrum.

The Biden administration will confront this threat with the necessary resources and resolve.  We are committed to developing policies and strategies based on facts, on objective and rigorous analysis, and on a respect for constitutionally protected free speech and political activities.

What are the chances of the Biden Administration actually respecting the constitutionally protected free speech of those on the political right?  Negligible at best considering the track record of the extreme leftists now controlling the Democrat Party

Our initial work on DVE will broadly fall into three areas.  The first is a tasking from President Biden sent to the ODNI today requesting a comprehensive threat assessment, coordinated with the FBI and DHS, on domestic violent extremism.  This assessment will draw on the analysis from across the government and, as appropriate, nongovernmental organizations.

The Biden Administration will be relying on the oh so corrupt deep state which is still way too full of Obama cronies.

The key point here is that we want fact-based analysis upon which we can shape policy.  So this is really the first step in the process, and we’ll rely on our appropriate law enforcement and intelligence officials to provide that analysis.

When has the political left ever relied on actual facts?  That quote about fact based analysis is laughable.

The second will be the building of an NSC capability to focus on countering domestic violent extremism.  As a part of this, the NSC will undertake a policy review effort to determine how the government can share information better about this threat, support efforts to prevent radicalization, disrupt violent extremist networks, and more.

The Biden Administration will be building an infrastructure to clamp down tightly on those who are not politically in lock step with the radical political left.

There’s important work already underway across the interagency in countering DVE, and we need to understand better its current extent and where there may be gaps to address, so we can determine the best path forward.

I interpret this paragraph to mean that the Biden Administration will crackdown and harass those of us who want to share information about and educate others about the US Constitution and our founding principles.  If I’m wrong about this please let me know.

The third will be coordinating relevant parts of the federal government to enhance and accelerate efforts to address DVE.  This considered, an NSC-convened process will focus on addressing evolving threats, radicalization, the role of social media, opportunities to improve information sharing, operational responses, and more.

The federal government will now be working closely with the corporate tyrants who have been working overtime to silence conservatives and everyone else on the political right.  That is how I interpret this last paragraph.  Free speech and the Constitution mean nothing to the Biden Administration.  Their earlier protestation is laughable in the extreme.  When have leftists ever respected the freedom of speech of those who are not leftists?

John Lausch needs to stay as US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois

Blogger with Durbin in Chicago in 2020

By John Ruberry

Last Monday the Justice Department asked 56 U.S. attorneys to resign. There were two exceptions, John Durham, the U.S. Attorney for Connecticut, will stay on as the special counsel for the investigation of the Russian collusion hoax, and David Weiss, the prosecutor for Delaware, who is pursuing the probe into Hunter Biden’s taxes, and presumably, more.

Among the others are John R. Lausch Jr., the US Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, which of course includes that cesspool of corruption, Chicago and suburban Cook County. Appointed in 2017, Lausch has been methodically hacking away at the blighted forest that is Illinois government ever since. Among those indicted under Lausch’s term are a Chicago alderman, two suburban mayors (one of them was also Cook County commissioner), and two members of the Illinois General Assembly. They have one thing in common–all are Democrats. Lausch has chipped away at the political machine of state Representative Michael Madigan (D-Chicago), who until last month had been state House speaker for all but two years since 1983. Lausch uncovered an alleged scam involving Commonwealth Edison, Illinois’ largest electric utility, that has led to the indictment of four senior executives at that company, as well as a longtime lobbyist with decades-long ties to Boss Madigan.

Madigan is the midwife of the Illinois pension debacle and he is the man who destroyed Illinois. Sadly, those aren’t crimes.

Lausch seems to be closing the ring on Madigan, who remains as chairman of the Illinois Democratic Party, a post he’s held since 1998. Madigan maintains his innocence and he has not been charged with any crimes. But he’s a tough one to investigate–Madigan doesn’t use email and he doesn’t own a cell phone. There’s a lot of smoke surrounding the 78-year-old legislator–but so far no fire has been discovered.

It took a lot longer than it should have but Illinois’ insipid Republican Party, the Washington Generals to the Democrats’ Harlem Globetrotters, finally pursued tying other Democratic candidates to Madigan, which led to a pretty good, but not great, general election for conservatives last autumn. The best result was the resounding defeat of the so-called Fair Tax Amendent, which would have replaced Illinois’ flat rate income tax with one with graduated rates. As I’ve quipped a few times before, Illinoisans finally figured out that if the Democrats were given an unlimited budget they would exceed it.

After the general election Illinois’ two Democratic US Senators, Dick Durbin and Tammy Duckworth, called for Madigan’s resignation as party chairman. No, they didn’t suddenly realize that Madigan is toxic to Illinois; Durbin and Duckworth didn’t like the general election results here.

The state House took care of the speakership problem, the Democrats ousted Madigan last month but replaced him with a longtime ally of the Boss.

The day after the Justice Department announced those federal prosecutor resignations, in what the Chicago Tribune called “a lame news release,”  those two party-line hack senators called on Biden to keep Lausch on the job. I am very suspicious of their motives. Duckworth is up for reelection next year and if the federal investigation into Chicago area corruption stalls she might get the blunt of the blame for not convincing Biden to keep Lausch in place.

Durbin is the new Senate Justice Committee chairman and prefers not to be accused of keeping corrupt Dems in power in his home state. Back to gerrymandering and Madigan: Aftet the 2010 census the state congressional map was redrawn to be much more favorable to Democrats. The 8th congressional district was transformed from a competitive one to a layout favoring Democrats. In 2012 Duckworth ousted the Republican incumbent, future never-Trumper Joe Walsh.

Remember, for many Democrats Madigan has been very good to them. His skills at gerrymandering have produced supermajorities in the General Assembly and have bolstered Democratic numbers among the Illinois US House delegation. There may have never been a Senator Duckworth had she not won that House race in 2012. Through government and compliant corporations like Commonwealth Edison, Madigan has been able to hand out contracts, favors, and jobs to those loyal to him–as well as their relatives.

Lausch needs to be kept on the job in Chicago.

Biden’s nominee for Attorney General is Merrick Garland, a Chicago area native who was nominated by Barack Obama to the US Supreme Court seat that eventually went to Neil Gorsuch. But he hasn’t lived here in decades. Yet my guess is that Garland has kept his eyes on the fetid muck in Illinois. Perhaps he can put in a good word for Lausch to Biden or whoever is making the calls in the White House on federal prosecutors.

Sorry to be repetitive, but I have to keep mentioning this fact. Illinois has lost population every year since 2014.

People have wised up. But not me. Not yet.

UPDATE February 23: Last night Michael Madigan resigned his post as chairman of the Illinois Democratic Party. Last week Madigan gave up his House seat after 50 years in the General Assembly. Term limits anyone?

This afternoon, according to multiple media reports, Lausch will keep his job as US attorney until a replacement is found and presumably confirmed.

Some random reflections on the mess our country is now in

For the past couple of days I’ve been struggling to come up with a topic for this week’s article.  I’m not experiencing writer’s block.  It’s just that there is just so much wrong with our country right now, so much wrong at so many levels.  There are too many topics to choose from so I guess I’ll write about each topic that’s troubling me so much right now.

I know with all my heart that treating every single individual as the truly unique person we are is far superior to the identity politics peddled by the political left.  If you divide us up into artificial groups based on race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, or any characterization you automatically set one group against another.  Just look at how left has vilified white people.  It is just shocking to me.  I know this is nothing compared to how blacks were treated during slavery or segregation, both are also examples of liberals and their identity politics. Treating every individual the same with the same worth, no matter the color of their skin, leads to far less hate and division.

It is absolutely amazing to me how much liberal propaganda infects all levels of the news.  I noticed this decades ago, and it keeps getting worse.  Every single local news broadcast here in Massachusetts is nonstop liberal nonsense.  Hopefully it is different in red states, but I doubt it.  Even the weather is infected, they are constantly pushing global warming and climate change propaganda.  There are so few outlets that actually tell the truth left, especially after Fox News turned traitor.  I am so outraged after the firing of Lou Dobbs.

The crack down against conservatives on social media after the riot on Capitol Hill has reached levels that are on par with the most totalitarian nations.  Check out this article from the Federalist.

Censorship and blacklisting are serious unjust cultural acts that increasingly filter Americans into second-class citizens based on their political viewpoints. The censorship and blacklisting that we are seeing in America right now is viewpoint discrimination. Censorship and blacklisting need to be fully rejected by American society before they become accepted cultural norms that make even worse injustices likely and more possible.

It is truly horrific watching the Biden regime dismantle and destroy the American economy, which is documented in this American Thinker article.

the Biden Administration, the Democrats in Congress, and their fellow-travelers in the Ruling Class are determined to permanently stifle economic growth by their infatuation with hypothetical climate change thus undermining energy development as well as manufacturing.  They credulously claim that the theoretical green energy revolution will replace these jobs and wealth, but that will take decades if at all, and will be far too little and too late to prevent national insolvency.

Their determination to raise business taxes as well as dramatically increase job- and business formation-killing regulations is anathema to promoting growth.  Their resolve to institute what is tantamount to economic central planning by the bureaucrats in Washington will cause enormous dislocation in financial resources, thus, throttling access to capital for expansion or new business formation.

There is so much more I could write about here in this article but I have to stop now because my blood is boiling too much.

To preserve our Constitutional Republic States need to nullify unconstitutional acts by the Biden Administration

Joe Biden’s first two weeks in office have so far proved to be as bad as I feared.  He has issued a staggering number of executive orders, all of them a smorgasbord of far left edicts from on high, all of which destroy liberty, the economy, and jobs.  So far the Democrats-Socialists who control congress have not passed a single bit of legislation but when they finally do, everything they pass will be as odious as all of Biden’s executive orders.

Because both Houses of Congress and the presidency are all occupied by the most radical leftists imaginable all appears to be very bleak for every single person living the United States.  Thankfully a remedy exists under our Constitution whereby the individual states can put a halt to all unconstitutional acts by the federal government, whether they be laws passed by congress, executive orders, or Supreme Court decisions.  This remedy is called Nullification and it is discussed in great detail in the Draft of Kentucky Resolutions by Thomas Jefferson.  The Kentucky Resolutions were written by Jefferson in response to the Alien and Sedition Acts, which were signed into law by John Adams.  The final version passed by Kentucky were very much watered by the Kentucky legislature, therefore I believe do not truly represent the views of Jefferson.

In this quote we see Thomas Jefferson’s justification for nullification:

1. _Resolved_, That the several States composing the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their General Government; but that, by a compact under the style and title of a Constitution for the United States, and of amendments thereto, they constituted a General Government for special purposes, — delegated to that government certain definite powers, reserving, each State to itself, the residuary mass of right to their own self-government; and that whensoever the General Government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force; that to this compact each State acceded as a State, and is an integral party, its co-States forming, as to itself, the other party: that the government created by this compact was not made the exclusive or final judge of the extent of the powers delegated to itself; since that would have made its discretion, and not the Constitution, the measure of its powers; but that, as in all other cases of compact among powers having no common judge, each party has an equal right to judge for itself, as well of infractions as of the mode and measure of redress.

In this next quote Thomas Jefferson discusses one of the most important constitutional principles, one that was so important it was enshrined in the Tenth Amendment.  Every single one of Joe Biden’s executive orders and every single law that the Democrat controlled Congress will pass violate the United States Constitution.

3. _Resolved_, That it is true as a general principle, and is also expressly declared by one of the amendments to the Constitution, that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people;” and that no power over the freedom of religion, freedom of speech, or freedom of the press being delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, all lawful powers respecting the same did of right remain, and were reserved to the States or the people

Thomas Jefferson lays out his doctrine of Nullification in this next quote.  As you can see the states can nullify federal actions on their own without waiting for the Supreme Court.

8.  …that in cases of an abuse of the delegated powers, the members of the General Government, being chosen by the people, a change by the people would be the constitutional remedy; but, where powers are assumed which have not been delegated, a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy: that every State has a natural right in cases not within the compact, (casus non foederis,) to nullify of their own authority all assumptions of power by others within their limits: that without this right, they would be under the dominion, absolute and unlimited, of whosoever might exercise this right of judgment for them:

Nullification is also discussed in the Virginia Resolutions by James Madison, although he does not use the term.

RESOLVED, That the General Assembly of Virginia, doth unequivocably express a firm resolution to maintain and defend the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of this State, against every aggression either foreign or domestic, and that they will support the government of the United States in all measures warranted by the former.

That this assembly most solemnly declares a warm attachment to the Union of the States, to maintain which it pledges all its powers; and that for this end, it is their duty to watch over and oppose every infraction of those principles which constitute the only basis of that Union, because a faithful observance of them, can alone secure it’s existence and the public happiness.

That this Assembly doth explicitly and peremptorily declare, that it views the powers of the federal government, as resulting from the compact, to which the states are parties; as limited by the plain sense and intention of the instrument constituting the compact; as no further valid that they are authorized by the grants enumerated in that compact; and that in case of a deliberate, palpable, and dangerous exercise of other powers, not granted by the said compact, the states who are parties thereto, have the right, and are in duty bound, to interpose for arresting the progress of the evil, and for maintaining within their respective limits, the authorities, rights and liberties appertaining to them.

Nullification is not discussed in the Constitution but it does not have to be for states to have that power.  If you don not agree check out the Tenth Amendment.  It is not specifically denied to the Sates therefore the states have that power.

The United States is no longer a Constitutional Republic

With the ratification of the Constitution the United States became a Constitutional Republic.  Under that form of government the Constitution was the supreme law of the land,  As a Constitutional Republic the United States enjoyed more than 200 years as the freest and most prosperous nation that ever existed.  That all came to on end on January 6th when the fraudulent election of Joe Biden was certified by a joint session of the United States Congress.  There are many safeguards built into the United States Constitution that were meant to prevent the fraudulent election of president.  All of those safeguards were ignored by a plethora of corrupt or cowardly politicians.  With that the Constitutional Republic known as the the United States died.  It will most likely be replaced by a socialist democracy bearing the same name.

Our Constitutional Republic died because a gaggle of corrupt Democratic politicians and election officials in Democrat cities in six states decided that they would work very hard to steal the presidential election for Joe Biden.  These thieves were aided by the corrupt Democrat propaganda arm known as the mainstream media, their fascist thugs that crush descent by silencing conservatives on the social media sites that they control, and the company who made the voting machines.  If you do not believe the election was stolen I strongly recommend you augment the websites you get your news from with websites that actually report the news accurately.

Our Constitutional Republic died because the Republican legislatures who controlled, I believe five out of the six of the stolen states, certified the fraudulent election results.  In most cases they failed to investigate the widespread fraud.

Our Constitutional Republic died because the judicial branch on the state and federal level failed to do its constitutional duty when faced with an obviously fraudulent election.  For too many decades courts all across the Untied States have been packed with partisan hacks instead of jurists.  Liberal partisan hacks are by far the worst.

Our Constitutional Republic died because the Republican party is made up of far too many cowards who almost never do the right thing.  Their cowardly behavior was on full display during the joint session of congress where only seven Republican Senators voted against certifying the fraud and about a hundred or so in the House.

Our Constitutional Republic died because the Supreme Court failed to carry out its constitutionally mandated duty regarding fraudulent elections.  They chose to dismiss the election fraud cases on technicalities.  The three Trump appointed justices displayed a remarkable amount of cowardice.

Our Constitutional Republic died because we allowed progressives to take over our colleges and universities.  For far too many decades college students were brainwashed into hating our Constitution.  Far too few of us understand what a remarkable gift that document is, or understand the true meaning of any of its clauses..

Our Constitutional Republic died because civics is no longer taught in our grade schools and high schools.  It was replaced by progressive indoctrination known as social studies.

Our Constitutional Republic died because we the people chose not to do anything about the rampant election fraud.  We allowed our elected officials to do nothing to stop it.  We allowed ourselves to be locked down and cower in silence because of fear over the Coronavirus.  There is so much we the people could have done non violently to stop the fraud.  Far too few of us acted in any meaningful manner.

Over the past many decades both parties have almost completely ignored the Constitution, although the Democrats were the worst. Now that the Progressives are in full control of the presidency and both houses of congress they will dismantle all remaining vestiges of constitutional restraint. Because they got away with the theft they will do it over and over again. They will incorporate the election fraud into federal election law. They will eliminate the filibuster and stack the Supreme Court with the most liberal justices.

Where did the Capitol protest anger come from? What to do about it?

Kenosha, Wisconsin, after what CNN deemed “a fiery but mostly peaceful protests.”

By John Ruberry

Wednesday was a dark day in American history. Most of the blame for the riot at the US Capitol deservedly goes to the hooligans, about 1,500 of them, who broke through blockades and defied law enforcement and entered the Capitol building–the first such mass hostile group to do so since British forces marched in during the War of 1812 before setting it ablaze.

Many of the thugs who illegally entered the Capitol have been arrested and they deserve, if found guilty, to face the full brunt of the law.

This was not, as the media deemed last year’s many instances of “unrest” in American cities, “a mostly peaceful protest.”

President Donald J. Trump is by no means blameless. He should have conceded his loss to Joe Biden weeks ago. I support Trump’s fight for free and fair elections. But even in states where the vote count was the most questionable, Pennsylvania and Georgia, had their electoral votes magically gone to the president, Trump still would have lost. And while I disagree with the mainstream media blowhards and Democratic politicians who said Trump incited the crowd to riot, he gave some of the protesters hope. Normally hope is a good thing to spread but he gave some people the belief that their protest might have compelled Congress to ignore the Electoral College and keep Trump in the White House. That was never going to happen.

On Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show Thursday night he asked that we look at why the protesters–not just the rioters–attended the rally. They were angry.

Why?

In November a Rasmussen poll found that 75 percent of Republican voters believed the presidential election was stolen. Even many Democrats agreed. As for myself I don’t believe the election was stolen. My view is that the weak standards with mail-in voting, put in place on a widespread basis for the first time in many states because of the COVID-19 epidemic, has something to do with that. Mail-in voting, without safeguards, makes such crimes as voting twice or more, dead people voting, and voting in a jurisdiction when you live someplace else more likely.

While elections need to continue to be run at the state level Congress should, if such a thing is possible, have an open mind in regards to exploring new nationwide election standards, such as what was done after the Florida recount debacle of 2000. Banning ballot harvesting is a good place to start, as well as replacing early voting, that is “election season,” with–and this is an idea that comes from the liberals–making the day of a general election a work holiday. And photo ID should be required for voting too.

If millions of Americans don’t have faith in the election process then democracy rests on a flimsy leaf.

Now let’s look at the mainstream media and Big Tech. I’ll be brief only for the sake of not overwhelming you. I could bring up dozens of examples of media bias but I won’t for now.

For over four years most of the media flogged a dead horse of a story in Russian collusion. There was no Trump-Russia collusion. Zero. Robert Mueller’s exhaustive investigation found none. That didn’t stop the New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN, and MSNBC from hawking it, not so subtly, as the way to oust Trump from power for nearly four years nearly every day.

Meanwhile the Hunter Biden laptop story was minimized by that same mainstream media during the 2020 campaign. The younger Biden’s alleged influence peddling activities are not a nothing-burger. And Facebook and Twitter for a while blocked the posting the New York Post story about the deeply troubling news that the former vice president’s son might be compromised by foreign governments, including our greatest rival, China. Twitter, in a preview of 2021’s ongoing purge of conservatives that includes Trump, from the microblogging platform, locked the Post out of its account for nearly two weeks. Free press anyone? The suppression worked. Many people I spoke with, folks who only get their news from Facebook, never heard about the Hunter laptop scandal until I told them about it.

Mission accomplished.

After the election Hunter Biden revealed that he has been under federal investigation for two years. He says its for tax reasons but Hunter does not come across to me as a man who can be trusted.

Not a nothing-burger.

Trump’s core base of supporters are voracious consumers of news–and yes, to be fair of course some of their news stories come from Facebook and Twitter, unless of course they’ve been purged from those sites. And the double-standard of most of the media on those two stories seethes the Trump base.

After the riot the media continued its dismissive attitude of Trump supporters.

Anderson Cooper of CNN, a scion of the Vanderbilt family that got filthy rich during the Gilded Age, said of the protesters after the riot. “And they’re going to go back to the Olive Garden and to the Holiday Inn they’re staying at, or the Garden Marriott, and they’re going to have some drinks and talk about the great day they had in Washington … They stood up for nothing other than mayhem.”

Clearly Cooper dines at what he deems are better restaurants than the Olive Garden. And he can afford to stay at the finest hotels, places that are beyond my financial reach. And yes, I’ve stayed at those hotels Cooper denigrated. I’ve eaten at the Olive Garden a few times.

Another cruel irony of the mainstream media coverage of the Capitol riot is that they deemed it one, while they went to great pains to call the many urban riots of 2020–which occurred almost exclusively in Democrat-run cities–anything but that. While storming the Capitol is clearly a much different dimension than looting and arson, and yes, a very disturbing one, the hypocrisy of the media is apparent to a 10-year-old.

More than ever we need new media. If you agree with my post, especially if you dine at the Olive Garden, stop seething. Start your own blog. WordPress and Blogger.com are good places to start. Even if you have just ten readers a day–my own blog has many more than that in case you are wondering–you will be making a difference. Besides, much of the mainstream media, particularly daily newspapers, are endangered species. Warren Buffett, no conservative, expects only a few of them to survive and he made that prediction before the COVID-19 outbreak that has devastated their ad revenue. Those papers, for the most part, take their lead in reporting news from the aforementioned Washington Post and the New York Times. It’s where they learn not to use words like “riot” unless it involves conservatives. They invent terms like “mostly peaceful” or sugarcoat the carnage by saying it is “unrest.” Those last two newspapers aren’t going anyhere but we can fight back with reality. An army of mosquitoes can make a difference.

There’s a void coming. Fill it. Bite back.

Update (DTG) I put something like this in as a comment but figured it belonged as a post update as this has gotten instalanched. (Thanks Ed)

John is one one my original magnificent seven bloggers/ He produces quality work and I’m proud to have him here.

I believe he is completely wrong about the election not being stolen, both math, the actions of the left and common sense in my opinion scream it to be the case, but he has the right to his opinion and I respect that he comes by it honestly and have no problem with him expressing it here.

If anyone has problem with him expressing that opinion on my site and want him off for having & expressing it, well that’s too bad.

This isn’t twitter and my name’s not Jack

At the close of 2020 our Constitutional Republic hangs in the balance

As every day passes it appears more likely that the Democrats will succeed in their theft of the presidency for Joe Biden.  By all appearances, all that stands in the way of the theft being successful are the Republicans in the US House and the US Senate, where Vice President Pence will play a major role.  It is a long shot considering how spineless the Republicans in the State legislatures have proved to be in handling the election theft and how spineless the establishment Republicans in Washington DC have proved to be time and again.

On January 6th the electoral votes will be counted during a joint session of the US Congress.  Thankfully seven states, including all six of the disputed states sent both Republican and Democrat electors so there is a slim hope.

The Supreme Court completely failed the American People and the Constitution when they failed to even hear the case brought by the State of Texas, and many similar cases. The Judicial branch on the federal and state level has done nothing to stop this outrageous theft. It has been widely reported that the Supreme Court failed to take up the Texas case because Justice Roberts feared Left wing rioting and bullied the Trump appointed justices into going along with him.   If that is true they failed the Constitution and the American people because of their cowardice.

If Joe Biden is illegitimately awarded the presidency that will sound the death Nell of our Constitutional Republic, especially if the  Democrats win the two Georgia Senate races.  The Democrats have demonstrated a remarkable loathing for the American Constitution, most notably the First and Second Amendment, and all restraints on federal government power.  The Democrats have informed us that they will stack the Supreme Court with liberal justices and do away with the Filibuster.

The Democrats will be so emboldened if they succeed in stealing the election that they will attempt the same outrageous behavior in  every succeeding election so that Republicans will hardly win any future elections.  The Democrats will make sure that all of the dirty tricks they used this time will become institutionalized in federal election law.

The American people are the only line of defense truly left to prevent the theft of the election. There is a massive rally scheduled in Washington DC on January 6th.  This rally better be the largest and most passionate rally that ever took place.  It better be so massive that it puts the fear of God into the members of congress and stops all business in Washington DC for many days.  Similar rallies across this country will be needed.

I fear that this theft of the election, if it comes to pass, will result in violence.  Theft of an election is in fact a coup.  Will every single one of the tens of millions of passionate Trump supporters simply step aside and let this theft happen?  So far Trump supporters have proved to be far less violent than those on the left.  Will that continue if Biden is inaugurated?  No one truly knows the answers to these questions.  I’ve heard a lot of rumblings on social media, and also a lot of open talk.

If the worst comes to pass in the form of an open civil war it will be the fault of the Democrats who succeeded in stealing the election, the Supreme Court who failed to do their duty, and spineless Republicans who failed to do what is right.

Sorry but I’m too outraged and disheartened to write a coherent article this week

For the past few days I’ve been struggling to come up with an idea for this week’s article but I’ve just got too much anger and disappointment coursing through my mind which is making concentration difficult.

I am so absolutely outraged that so far all of the efforts to derail the theft of the presidential election by Joe Biden supporters have fallen short, leaving only increasingly desperate measures left.

The failure by the Supreme Court to even hear the lawsuit brought about by Texas, and signed on to by more than twenty other states, was a particularly staggering blow.  It appears that the Supreme Court is not going to lift a finger to even investigate the all too obvious theft of the election by Democrats.  It was a particularly cruel blow when all three of the Trump appointed justices failed to vote to hear the case.

What is most disheartening to me is the absolutely spineless response by Republican law makers on the federal and state level.  This election is being stolen, where’s the outrage?  Why aren’t the Republicans on any and all news broadcasts and holding  nonstop TV news conferences demanding a full investigation and complete audit of all six battleground states?  Are the Republicans too afraid of bad press and provoking riots by those on the left that they are almost silently letting this outrage happen?

The dramatic turn to the left by Fox News was a particularly nasty surprise. I watched the coverage by Fox News on election night and it made me sick.  So few people are even aware of the rampant election fraud and other election shenanigans that took place simply because the mainstream refuse to admit that it happened.

I believe that we the people, rather than some level of the government, are the only agents who will prevent this election from being stolen.  Non violent mass protests are the key. The two massive Trump rallies that took place in Washington DC are a good start but much larger and more sustained rallies are needed and they are needed fast.  They need to take place across this nation. I’m afraid that there is too much fear and apathy for that to happen.

I am still worried that this whole situation could spiral out of control into violence as we get closer to Inauguration Day.  The stakes are just to high and the theft of the of the election was just so egregious.  I see a lot of calls for an actual civil war by those on the right on social media.  I hope and pray that I am worrying needlessly about the possibility of violence.

McConnell to GOP GA voters: Stay Home! Biden’s Mayfly Voters, Missing the Lede on NFL ratings, A Medical Miracle & a 2A feature Under the Fedora

Given Mitch McConnell’s statement warning GOP senators not to challenge electors and force a senate vote I can’t see any incentive for GOP voters to turn out on January 5th for Kelly Loeffner or David Perdue unless they immediately and publicly vow to challenge said electors on the 6th if elected.

Both candidates should be made to commit to do so before a single conservative consents to vote for them.

Apparently Mitch McConnell would rather be the Senate Minority Leader for at least two years rather be majority leader and have his caucus have to vote to challenge electors in a fraudulent election.

Odd that the Democrats are not pushing for such a challenge by the GOP if it will be so fatal for the party isn’t it?

Joe Biden gave a key speech this week and managed only 52K live viewers watching it.

This is in the middle of a pandemic with people stuck at home after supposedly getting 80 million votes

Apparently the mythical Joe Biden voters who gave him the election are like Mayflies they exist and show activity for one day a year and then disappear.

I found these paragraphs from the WSJ piece on advertisers and the NFL amusing:

But this year, NFL ratings have taken a hit as pandemic-related postponements have pushed some games to less desirable times and the coronavirus has sidelined some star players. Unexpected competition from other sports leagues whose seasons were delayed from earlier in the year also has taken a toll on ratings.

You have to go to paragraph 20 for the journal to get to the actual reason

Much of the ratings drop is attributed to the 2020 presidential election coverage siphoning away viewers and the pandemic’s wreaking havoc on the league. Aside from reschedulings and some sidelined stars, the league has faced a backlash from some fans over its social justice efforts, including its embrace of Black Lives Matter. These factors are compounded by the secular decline of traditional TV viewing, in which ratings have been eroded by the uptick in ad-free streaming services.

Shades of “Only in paragraph on page 107“.

I saw something that made me laugh out loud on twitter yesterday:

Let me introduce you to Vin Gupta Twitter blue check

As you can see Vin is, in addition to a doctor, a NBC news and MSNBC news analyst and he had some big news.

Perhaps he should have also expressed some gratitude on the President who put Operation Warp Speed in place which made it possible.

Of course his gigs on NBC & MSNBC depend on him not doing so. After all “Do no Harm” as a rule for doctors has been replaced by “do no harm to Democrat election prospects”

Unexpectedly of course

Finally As I was writing this post an old tweet of mine from two years ago was retweeted and I found it particularly apt for what might be coming.

If there is a more important reminder to those who would enslave us I can’t think of it. I think it’s also worth pointing out that Democrat efforts to convince such heavily armed people that participating in the Democratic Process of a republic is a waste of time by openly stealing an election is short sighted and dangerous.

By trying to steal the election the Democrats have poked a very dangerous dragon in the eye

In the United States stealing of elections is the most unforgivable crime.  The higher the office the more unspeakable the crime.  The Democrats, by attempting to steal the presidential election, are committing a particularly heinous crime.  I firmly believe the Democrats have no idea that they have opened up a very dangerous can of worms.

This attempted theft of the presidential election has caused the most severe constitutional crises we have faced as a nation since the Civil War.  The safeguards built into the Constitution rely heavily on the good faith between all of those running for office, those voting, those counting the votes, and those certifying the votes.  I don’t believe they ever anticipated an attempted coup by those counting and possibly by those who will eventually certify the votes and the entire election.

It has been demonstrated over and over again that the political left has shown a remarkable proclivity for violence.  The evidence on this is overwhelming.  President Trump supporters have proved to be the exact opposite but will that continue to hold true now  that we are facing the very real possibility that the Democrats will steal the election from President Trump?

The political right firmly believes in following the Constitution, upholding the rule of law, and non violent protest.  By attempting to the steal the election the Democrats have thrown out the Constitution and vomited all over the rule of law.

The peaceful protests by President Trump supporters are starting to ramp up and will soon reach levels that we have never witnessed before, numbers that will be truly historic.  The court challenges to counter the tsunami of election fraud and other malfeasance are just beginning.  These law suits should end up in the Supreme Court.

What happens if the theft of the election is not checked by the courts?  Will the millions of Trump supporters remain peaceful when faced with an actual real theft of the presidency by extremely liberal Democrats who will systematically dismantle the entire United States and turn us into a Socialist Democracy such as Venezuela?  The Democrats have made it abundantly clear that they will stack the Supreme Court, add more states, and rewrite election laws to make it far more unlikely that Republicans will ever win elections again.  Most on our side believe that if the Democrats steal this election they will successfully steal most future elections.

There is a high likelihood that this attempted theft of the Presidency will lead to an open conflict between the thieving Democrats and the normally peaceful Trump supporters.  The Democrats have no idea what a dangerous Pandora’s box they have opened.  President Trump’s supporters are extremely passionate supporters, just watch replays of one of his rallies.  There are around 70 million of these passionate supporters.  Most of these passionate supporters are well armed and know how to use their guns. I believe that there is a good chance that this attempted theft of the election. if it comes to pass. could result in a open civil war.  I have heard so many others expressing the same exact concerns on social media.  If it comes to pass it will be the fault of the Democrats because theft of the presidential election would clearly fit the definition of a coup.
