The Price the GOP will Pay For Allowing The Election to be Stolen

Bernard Woolley: What if the Prime Minister insists we help them?

Sir Humphrey Appleby: Then we follow the four-stage strategy.

Bernard Woolley: What’s that?

Sir Richard Wharton: Standard Foreign Office response in a time of crisis.

Sir Richard Wharton: In stage one we say nothing is going to happen.

Sir Humphrey Appleby: Stage two, we say something may be about to happen, but we should do nothing about it.

Sir Richard Wharton: In stage three, we say that maybe we should do something about it, but there’s nothing we *can* do.

Sir Humphrey Appleby: Stage four, we say maybe there was something we could have done, but it’s too late now.

Yes Prime Minister A Victory for Democracy 1986

Yesterday I talked about the price that will be paid for allowing this election to be stolen and that Twitter is playing the prevent defense.

And lo and behold the news coming from PA:

“We are physically unable to consider any new legislation before the end of session. A simple resolution takes three legislative days for consideration and a concurrent resolution takes five legislative days to move through both chambers, which means we do not have the time needed to address any new resolutions in our current session,” which expires Monday as per the state constitution.

In other words the GOP leadership in PA dillyed and dallied until it was not able to stop the steal, this was made possible by keeping the public ignorant of these things, via Twitter’s Prevent defense.

All of these hearings we are seeing mean nothing if the GOP is just using it to let people vent without actually acting.

I don’t think they understand the cost of the Party’s decision but a fellow named Zimmerman does and I don’t think I can do better than the points Mr. Zimmerman has made. All his points are great but these are the ones that really ring out:

3. I fully believe that these state Republican leaders are lying when they say they are going to do a full review of the election process. As we have seen for decades, they are experts at failure theater. They make big noises about standing up to their opposition, but always fold like wet rags at the slightest pressure. They will do so again.

4. The result: The likelihood of a legitimate election occurring ever again in the United States is low, if not impossible. Assuming the Democrats did steal this election, the evidence suggests they were sloppy about doing it. Not only were the manipulations of the vote totals blatantly obvious, the Democrat’s unwavering opposition to any investigation suggests they knew their malfeasance would have been quickly uncovered.

They will not be so sloppy next time.

Mr Zimmerman predicts not only the abandonment of the GOP by conservatives who see no reason to fight for those who won’t stop this election from being stolen from them and let’s be clear it’s the people who this election is being stolen from as a letter writer to Don Surber explained.

“But I lay here awake now thinking about how Donald Trump did not lose the election nor have it stolen from him. The Presidency is not a prize to be won but an office to be elected to. It is not his. It is ours.

“The election was stolen from the 70 million plus voters who followed the ever changing rules, trying to do the right thing to the best of their ability.

“And the thieves did not just steal the office, in doing so they stole our present and future tax dollars. They stole the educations of every student in the education system from pre K through post grad.

“They stole our faith and trust in the government and in the system we trust to maintain the integrity of that massive government. They stole our hope for a safe and honest future.

“I hope they are caught and their wrongs are corrected.

“In my opinion, there is no punishment harsh enough for the people who seek to enslave us.

“They are not trying to steal the election from Donald Trump. They are trying to steal it from me.

Basically the GOP in PA, GA, AZ, WI & MI have become the foreign office, they will make loud protests and do nothing. As I said yesterday the left in general and the big tech folks in particular must be very pleased at the result.

I submit and suggest they will be less pleased at the violence that this will spawn nor will the GOP office holders whose feckless surrender will be the spark that lights the flame of what could be a 2nd civil war. None of these things are going to change unless there is an actual cost for this type of thing and frankly it seems to be the only price they understand is direct violent action.

I could be wrong about that and in fact hope I am, but the very fact that I’m becoming less and less upset at the prospect fills me with dread.

Was Calling Arizona Early the Signal that the Steal was on?

Sir Humphrey Appleby: Oh is that you Norman? ‘Walkies’.

Yes Prime Minister One of Us 1986

As a rule I don’t like posts with question marks in the title as it means people are guessing but something hit me in the middle of work that made a lot of sense.

A lot of people were shocked at the VERY early Fox call in fact I recall reading how at the time of the call the 8-1 betting odds favoring Trump suddenly plunged to 2-1 which got a lot of bookies thinking something was up.

That’s when I remembered the 1919 World Series.

In the first game of the 1919 World Series, Eddie Cicotte of the Chicago White Sox went to the mound and promptly hit the first batter he faced, Cincinnati’s Morrie Rath, square in the back.

Too much adrenaline, most in the crowd thought, or perhaps a case of butterflies.

But for others more decidedly and deviously in the know, the 35-year old’s first delivery was deadly accurate.

It was a signal that the World Series was on its way to being fixed.

Cicotte’s beanball was the public signal that the game was on and when I remembered it it struck me that if you were going to have that meeting I speculated about a while back where everyone agreed to get blood on their hands

No each of them had to have blood on their hands so to speak. Each of them had to be sure that the other bosses necks would be on the line. Each of the had to be sure that they would be all in on the steal (and I suspect each of them had to be sure that the media and the tech giants would back them up, I would not be surprised if there was coordination with those folks during the pause in the count.) and I suspect only when they agreed to hang together rather than risk hanging repeatedly did the counts resume.

…then you need a public signal to get the ball rolling. Something out in the open that everyone could see to be sure nobody backed out and of course something for the foot soldiers who would have to get the ballots ready, fill them out and ferry them to the various places knew things were on.

I submit and suggest that the most logical way to send such a signal would be through the media and the best type of signal would be a move that would be considered inexplicable from a source that would not be expected.

Even better the call of Arizona also fed the narrative that would be necessary to sell the fraud, although to be fair, the media would have been more than happy to buy it for any reason.

Again I am just speculating and have absolutely no proof of this, but if I was the guy in charge of getting the word out on election night that the fix was in, that’s how I’d do it.

“Urich’s Sudden Acquisition of Guts is Cause for Organization Wide Concern”

There is a reason why the left / academic / media / social media has gone all in on both censoring people who talk about election fraud and magic ballots.

That reason is they needed us to fear.

They needed us to decide that this is just the way it is and that we are fools to push back against the Dem machines in Philly, Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta and Vegas. They need us to think that not only is it a losing proposition but that to do so will put us in severe social, financial and personal danger (and to some degree that is true). The need us to decide to run away and accept what they have done to the country in general and to us in particular by their attempt to steal this election.

I think this quote from my double down and re-endorse Trump piece after the release of the Billy Bush tape applies here.

No this is about convincing those who still have to values to allow the election of someone who not only is directly opposed to all you hold dear but will persecute you on every level.  This is about tricking you into letting go of your one chance to stop your own destruction.  They want you to lose your nerve. Furthermore they want the GOP to lose their nerve and the press will do all they can do enable it.

That’s why despite attempts to minimize what is happening in Pennsylvania noting losing PA is not enough to bring Biden under 270 this is huge.

Once one legislature and state decides to stand up to the attempt to steal the election other legislatures that has to potential to install courage in others. Like the GOP legislatures in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Georgia may follow suit.

Just as the willingness of the reporter in the Daredevil comic I quoted from the 80’s broke open the Kingpin’s plot to destroy his alter ego (Daredevil 225-233) Pennsylvania has the potential to blow this thing wide open.

If I’m write and they keep their never then the next few weeks will go badly for the left in general and the Obama administration in waiting particular…

…and yes I said the Obama administration

Brave Dominion Runs away in PA (Update and locked out of Twitter AGAIN (6th time)

It’s very rare that I unfollow someone on twitter but when John McCormick referred to the problems with Dominion voting systems as a “conspiracy theory” I had enough.

While there’s not a big demand for programmers nearing 60 who haven’t written a line of code in decades these days I still know the principles that programming is based on. In fact I’m old enough to remember being laughed at when I warned a friend that if they were connected to the net the net was connected to them and they were better off shutting their machine down than leaving on and connected unintended overnight.

Of course you don’t have to go back that far to remember the days when the MSM had issues with Dominion voting machines, just back to last year…:

Chinese parts, hidden ownership, growing scrutiny: Inside America’s biggest maker of voting machines

Scrutiny of the U.S. election system, spurred by Russia’s interference in the 2016 election, has put Election Systems & Software in the political spotlight.

Of course now that there are questions about a Democrat “victory” you don’t hear stuff like this from NBC instead you see people with a lot of digits in their twitter profile saying…

The real comedy is that they are still saying this AFTER Dominion decided to cut and run from a scheduled Pennsylvania hearing before the state legislature:

On Friday, Republican members on the State Government Committee slammed Dominion Voting Systems after Dominion company canceled a scheduled appearance to discuss voting irregularities.

The Pennsylvania House Republicans tweeted, “Transparency is key for our election security. Dominion Voting Software is asking us to give them only blind trust. We’re very disappointed in Dominion’s last minute cancelation in today’s hearing.”

spelling error in original

Deb Heine has more:

“Why would a vender of public goods fear discussing their product sold to the public for the public good? If Dominion’s products were successful and operated as they were supposed to, why wouldn’t Dominion take the opportunity to publicly review its success?” Grove demanded. “How hard is it to say, ‘our ballot machines worked exactly as promised and they’re 100 percent accurate’?”

“After weeks of accusations, why has Dominion Voting Systems not released any analysis of the success of its voting machines to the public in order to stop their accusers in their tracks? If they have nothing to hide, why are they hiding from us?” he asked.

“Today I am saddened to report to the taxpayers of Pennsylvania and the 1.3 million voters who trusted Dominion Voting Systems with their ballots, that Dominion Voting Systems has hung you out to dry and slapped you in your faces.” the committee chair declared.

Because nothing says “conspiracy theory” like a vendor cutting and running before the hearing of a legislature that’s going to decide if they results they produced were valid.

Perhaps someone ought to tell the left’s enablers this, I’m sure we’ll try until of course twitter or facebook locks them out for it.

Unexpectedly of course

Update: the fellow in that tweet above took exception to what I was arguing so I gave him these links plus one from the BBC on how to spot vote fraud:

Every single one of those cases took place in this election but our exchange ended rather abruptly once guess why…

So of course I tweeted the link out again guess what happened?

I suspect my leftist friend will not mourn my lockout all that much.

Oh one note, every time I’m locked out and win my appeal the tweet still isn’t showing up in my timeline. They are keeping that link well hidden, just like Dominion but here is the link to the tweet that doesn’t work anymore

https://twitter.com/DaTechGuyblog/status/1330179637876547584

Update 2: Welcome Whatfinger readers, check out my podcast yesterday to hear what I had to say on these subjects and others and of course my magnificent seven writers.

I don’ t know if I’m on the pace to set the world record for most times locked out of twitter then restored with an apology (as I refuse to delete my tweets) but we’ll see it coming.

Update 3: The text of my appeal

For what is now the 6th time in under 20 days you have locked me out claiming that I was spreading intimate images when I was in fact each time tweeting out a link to a post on Benford’s statistical law which demonstrates the impossibility of Joe Biden’s magic ballots.

Moreover Every time I have appealed you have upheld said appeal apologized and claimed my lockout was an error. YET EVERY SINGLE TIME AFTER THESE “apologies” I HAVE RETWEETED THE VERY SAME LINK TO THE VERY SAME PIECE AND WAS LOCKED OUT WITH THE VERY SAME FALSE ACCUSATION AGAINST ME.

To say this is despicable and dishonorable is to not only repeat myself from previous appeals but to say something that is so apparent that it almost doesn’t need saying. That you still do this demonstrate why other alternatives like Parler are doing so well.

Bottom line you’re accusation is false and I’m not only not going to delete the tweet but after this appeal is won I will test to see if your upcoming “apology” and assertion of a “mistake” is worth any more than it was the last five times you sent them.

At least my next lockout for that same link will be lucky number 7.

“Senator if the Hair on my Head Knew My Plans I would Cut if Off” Team Rudy vs the Dem Media

Senator: Perhaps the General would please tell us what his plans are.

General Andrew Jackson: Senator if the Hair on my head knew my plans I would cut it off.

One of the weapons that the left has been using in their quest to make sure their Magic BallotsTM are not thrown out either by the courts or by actions from the state legislatures has been to continually keeping any obvious cases of fraud or overwhelming circumstantial evidence out of the news cycle while demanding the Trump campaign reveal their hand.

While this has had a demoralizing effect on some it has had little or no effect on the Trump team itself.

Today at their press conference the Trump team pointed out that there are rules and procedures to be followed and that their case supported by hundreds under oath will be presented there.

Let’s cut to the chase, media may spin, and may scoff but in the end this team is in it to win it and they realize that nothing that is said on TV or in the newspapers or on social media actually means a thing.

What matter is the case that goes before the legislatures and the courts and given the fact that the media has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the Democrat party if I was the president’s team I’d not say a word that I’d not give them a clue until the moment things are presented in court.

As I’ve said before the media believes it’s primary duty is to convince Americans that Al Capone is not and never has been a gangster and no matter how many smart remarks & memes on social media or commentary on cable TV the left makes convincing any American not still in their bubble that these cities are not corrupt is no going to be easy. It’s Rudy’s job to make a good enough case to convince the courts and or the legislatures that they must not let the steal of an election stand.

And as for convincing the people as a whole that the election was stolen apparently he’s already convincing…DEMOCRATS :

But, Joe Biden’s problems are not simply because many Republicans believe the election was stolen. It’s true that the poll showed a significant partisan divide on this issue: 75 percent of Republicans believe it is very likely (61 percent) or somewhat likely (14 percent) that the election was stolen from Trump. But, according to the poll, while 69 percent of Democrats say it is not at all likely (61 percent) or not very likely (8 percent) that the election was stolen from Trump, 30 percent of Democrats believe it is very likely (20 percent) or somewhat likely (10 percent) that it was.

Let me repeat, nearly a third of Democrats believe it is likely that the election was stolen from President Trump. That’s a remarkable number. Huge, in fact.

If the people already believe it then the job of the legislatures to stop the Democrat coup against the American republic becomes easier.

Closing thought, that link is via instapundit where Sarah Hoyt makes a humorous but sobering note:

WHAT NO ONE HAS TOLD US IS IF THEY DISAPPROVE

sadly I’ve reached the point where I presume most democrats don’t disapprove of such a theft at all.

“Why Bataan? Why Corregidor? Maybe they were all nuts” Questions and Incentives Under the Fedora

Professor: Nobody minds giving his life, but this is throwing it away. Why?

Sgt Gunn: Why? Why’d did they go about their business in London while the Germans where throwing everything in the book at them. Why did your boats take the men off of Dunkirk? Why did the Russians make a stand at Moscow? Why did the Chinese move whole cities thousands of miles inland when the Japs attacked them? Why Bataan? Why Corregidor? Maybe they were all nuts. But there is one thing they did do. They delayed the enemy and kept on delaying them until we until we got strong enough to hit them harder than they were hitting us. I ain’t no general but it seems to me that’s one way to win. If all I’ve said doesn’t answer your question then somebody tell me why.

Sahara 1943

I have some questions for our “friends” both in the GOP establishment and on the right who keep insisting that we give up the fight on election 2020 before President Trump presents his cases at the state and federal level.

This week we saw at the DC rally in support of the President Conservatives once again physically attacked without consequence and without the media finding that newsworthy? What incentive will there be for such physical attacks against conservatives to be stopped if we concede quietly?

This week we saw bloggers de-platformed by their service provider because of their Pro-Trump pro-administration reporting. What incentive will there be for hosting company to stop doing this if we concede quietly?

At commentary Magazine Seth Rothman has a piece called “The Riots Won’t End Themselves. Democrats Must End Them.” What incentive is there for those rioting to stop when they know they will not have to worry about a Trump AG or Justice department?

We have already seen harassment of lawyers and law firms representing the President without any blowback. What incentive is there for those doing this to stop at a GOP president with a media backed by a Democrat administration?

We have seen social media platforms penalize those who present statistical evidence illustrating the steal of the presidential election punished and locked out of accounts (I myself have been locked out by twitter three times in a week for sharing a post on benfords law while being accused of spreading “intimate images…without consent What incentive will there be for social media to treat the GOP in general and conservatives in particular fairly if the President’s appeals disappear?

We have already seen members of media, academia and elected federal officials talk about punishing individuals who participated in the Trump administration or supported the Trump presidency: What incentive will there be for such people to avoid doing this once the President’s appeals are dropped?

We have clearly seen four major Democrat cities steal in four key states used to steal an election; What is the incentive for major cities in other states, perhaps Red States to not emulate these tactics if this blatant theft of an election is allow to stand?

We have already seen moves by the left to attack religious faithful on the grounds of “discrimination” What is the incentive for the left to respect the rights of religious Americans if the president’s team turns tail and runs?

And finally the question that is so obvious that I”m shocked that it isn’t being asked: If the GOP quietly accepts Democrats stealing an election on the presidential level in such a blatant manor what is the Democrat’s incentive to not steal federal presidential elections from this point on?

“Mr. Ness, everybody knows where the booze is. The problem isn’t finding it, the problem is who wants to cross Capone.”

King Arnulf: Now, I know what some of you must be thinking… the day has come…. we’re all going down, etc. etc. But let’s get away from the fantasy and look at the FACTS. FACT ONE – The threat of total destruction has kept the peace for one thousand years. FACT TWO – The chances of it failing now are therefore one in three hundred and sixty-five thousand. FACT THREE…[by this time the water is up to people’s knees, and several have crowded onto the lower steps to avoid getting wet.] FACT THREE – Our safety regulations are the most rigorous in the world. We are all nice to each other, we never rub each other up the wrong way or contradict each other, do we?

Crowd: [As the building sink and fall] No.

Citizen: We… er… do seem to be going down quite fast, Your Majesty – not trying to contradict you, course.

King Arnulf: No, of course you’re not, citizen. But let’s stick to the facts. There has NEVER been a safer, more certain way of keeping the peace. So whatever’s happening, you can rest assured, Hy-Brasil is NOT sinking. Repeat, NOT sinking.

Erik the Viking 1989

There is one dynamic that is playing on in the challenge to the Democrat Magic Ballots that deserves more attention.

I’ve already talked about the uphill climb the President has legally here. But it’s the mountain that the Democrat / Left / Media has to conquer is a higher one that is forcing them into absurdity at best and violence and intimidation at worst.

You see people who know statistics and elections know what happened. People who have followed Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee and Atlanta know what shenanigans have gone on in the past and continue to go on. this is no secret to anybody even remotely connected to these cities and states.

After all if the case for the existence of vote fraud is weak you (and remember Trump has to win in 3 or 5 states ) you don’t target people’s lawyers to withdraw and particularly not entire firms. You don’t censor people, particularly low level people for tweeting out charts and you don’t slap warning labels on a former UN Ambassador and governor for stating simple direct facts. And you certainly don’t falsely claim that a whistle blower has recanted when he has not.

In fact the Democrat / Tech / Media left has apparently gone all in on the idea that there is no such thing as election fraud but that any who dare suggest so must be punished.

Donald Trump is playing Elliot Ness, he is attempting to expose and stop the corruption that people have known has been going on for decades in these cites and prove that is was enough to overturn the results of an election. He will have to have a strong case, there is a reason why Al Capone was convinced of Tax Evasion rather than bootlegging and conspiracy.

The Media / Democrat / Tech left is not satisfied with those advantages. They have they have decided to go all out to prove that there is no fraud PERIOD. It’s like telling people in Chicago in the 20’s and 30’s to declare in public that Al Capone isn’t a gangster and to punish anyone who doesn’t say so.

I think this is a mountain beyond them and even if they manage to win their cases this is a moment that has within it the seeds of their destruction.

Cue Sean Connery:

The Text of my latest appeal to Twitter for the 3rd lockdown of my account in a week:

Here is the text of the appeal I submitted for this third lockdown in one week for retweeting the link to benford’s law

Not only is this the 3rd time you have falsely & baselessly accused me of tweeting “privately produced/distributed intimate media of someone without their consent” when I’ve retweeted this post on Benford’s statistical law but it’s the 2nd time you’ve done so AFTER APOLOGIZING FOR THE 1ST LOCKOUT AND SAYING IT WAS IN ERROR.

Not only are you slandering me in writing I might add but after the last time I won my appeal I tweeted you that I’d be retweeting this in 50 hours and updated you several times that I was going to do so.

Yet you locked me anyways and again made false accusations against me in writing. If the first time was in error what was the second, or the third. I’d call it deliberate malfeasance and that’s the most tame description I can think of

Now if you are so terrified about people seeing statistical evidence that Joe Biden’s “magic ballots” are just that have the courage to state you will not allow such evidence to be shown. Stop falsely accusing me of putting out ” privately produced/distributed intimate media of someone without their consent”

It’s just this type of deceitful and dishonorable behavior that makes your brand distrusted by half the population.

I will not delete the tweet in question nor will I submit. The only question is will you actually play by your own rules or is there a different set for those whose politics you don’t like?

You’re CEO has sworn under oath that this is not so, your repeated actions toward me this last week suggest he’s a liar.

I think a better word for that last sentence would have been “confirmed” rather than “suggest” but I guess I’m just too polite a guy
